• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product with supporting photos.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

5 Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on your location within Tamil Nadu. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility.
• We currently deliver within Kovilpatti and surrounding areas in Tamil Nadu.
• Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
